The Northern Cheyenne Tribal Courts operate under the authority of the Northern Cheyenne Law and Order Code to administer justice and uphold the laws of the Northern Cheyenne Nation. To ensure fair and efficient court operations, certain services require filing fees as outlined in the official Schedule of Fees approved by the Court.

These fees help support court administration, record maintenance, and other judicial services essential to serving the Northern Cheyenne people. All collected fees are used to strengthen the delivery of justice and maintain transparency, accessibility, and accountability within the Tribal Court system.
