Appellate Court
The Appellate Court reviews decisions made by the Trial Court to ensure they were handled fairly, correctly, and in accordance with Tribal law.

It does not conduct new trials but examines the record of the lower court for legal or procedural errors.

The Appellate Court provides an important check within the judicial system, offering parties an avenue to seek review and ensuring consistency, fairness, and integrity in the administration of tribal justice.
