A Tribal Court Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the tribal court system. The position ensures that court proceedings are conducted efficiently, court records are accurately maintained, and judicial services are provided in accordance with tribal laws, policies, and procedures. The Court Administrator oversees administrative staff, manages court schedules and case flow, prepares budgets and financial reports, maintains confidential records, coordinates with judges, attorneys, law enforcement, and other agencies, and ensures compliance with applicable tribal, federal, and grant requirements. The position also serves as a primary point of contact for the public, promotes access to justice, and supports the integrity, professionalism, and effective administration of the tribal judiciary.
