Constitutional Court

​The Constitutional Court serves as the highest judicial authority within the Tribal Court system, responsible for interpreting the Tribal Constitution and ensuring that all governmental actions align with constitutional principles.

This court hears cases involving constitutional questions, governmental powers, civil rights issues, and disputes arising between branches of tribal government. Its decisions provide guidance on the proper application of the Constitution, safeguard the rights of tribal citizens, and uphold the integrity of the Tribe’s governmental structure.
